Rose City Property Management, Inc. (RCPM) is a full service property management firm offering management of owner, mixed use, and condominium associations across the greater East Texas area.

RCPM has been in business since 2009.  Everyone at RCPM is committed to providing the highest level of professional services to its clients. RCPM focuses on our clients’ individual goals and objectives as we ethically and professionally guide and direct them in making sound decisions and prudent business determinations. RCPM has earned its reputation for excellence in all areas of professional property management through years of hard work, ongoing education, training and field experience. 

RCPM is the only management company of it's kind in East Texas and is dedicated solely to the management of condominium and owner associations. We are exclusively dedicated to the community association industry and emphasize creating and maintaining partnerships with associations by providing personal service, attention to detail, maintaining accurate records, and an overall enduring commitment to the community association industry. RCPM may cost more than the other accountants, lawyers or rental management firms in the area that manage on the side; but RCPM is the only company in the area that specializes in owner association management. We are involved in proposed legislation pertaining to association law and make sure that our associations are kept up-to-date on any changes in Texas Homeowners Association Law as it is passed. RCPM believes strongly in protecting it's associations form potential issues and lawsuits through education of their Boards and homeowners and making sure an association is compliant with state law; both of which are important factors in protecting an association.
